This is a very old Japan signed frozen charlotte. She has painted eyes and lips. She also has a painted red bow in her brown painted hair. She looks like a flapper from the 20s. She has her original dress which is in remarkably good condition. It looks like someone has painted her fingernails. She stands 6 1/4" tall. All fingers are present without chipping or repairs.
