Antique SILVER 4" DEMITASSE SPOON NIO Hallmark Unknown Maker UNUSUAL PATTERN R8

Description

I purchased this beautiful little spoon with a collection of silver spoons.  The only mark I can make out is NIO.  There is a small symbol before the NIO but I can't make out what it is. Othe than that symbol, THERE IS NO SILVER MARK that I can find but it appears to be silver.   As found and heavily tarnished.  Perhaps someone will be familiar with the mark or the pattern.
I ship only in the U.S.  Buyer pays First Class Postage.
I am sorry but eBay requires sellers to provide tracking so postage for small items is sometimes higher than it would be if tracking was not required.
