    IT IS SAFE AND LEGAL. This is certified for use in motor vehicles, meets or exceeds all applicable FMVSS 213 requirements so is legal to use in all US states.

    The first way is to use with a tether belt. RideSafer can be used with a vehicle lap belt and top tether by securing RideSafer with a top tether anchor in the vehicle. The other way is to use without a tether belt. RideSafer can also be used with a vehicle lap and shoulder belt only.
    RideSafer Travel Vest Gen 5 provided in a small size for children 30 to 60 lbs., a large size for children 50 to 80 lbs., and an Extra large size for children 80 to 110lbs. respectively.
